Weekender Management was founded by Garrett Ham, a Yale graduate, U.S. Air Force veteran, licensed attorney, and real estate broker who has managed over 200 properties as an asset manager. Before launching Weekender, Garrett spent three years in Walmart's Real Estate Division in Bentonville and served as a JAG officer.
When Garrett purchased his first short-term rental, he couldn't find a management company that met his standards—so he built one. What started as a single property has grown into a team managing 65+ properties across Arkansas, Missouri, and Florida. The company is strengthened by the involvement of Garrett's parents: Dr. Richard Ham, a retired Air Force officer and former senior TSA official who serves as COO, and Mrs. Ham, a former educator and Air Force veteran who leads the hospitality department.
